Plotica tutorials

Learn the basics before you start plotting.

Getting started

  1. Launch Plotica and click the + button to add a function or a dataset.

  2. Type an expression like x² + sin(x) into the equation editor, or paste or drop your data.

  3. Open a plot's panel to change its color, line width, or display mode, or add a derivative, antiderivative, or integral from the Calculus tab.

  4. Drag to pan, scroll to zoom, or use Fit to frame everything you've plotted at once.

More focused tutorials — datasets, calculus, polar graphs — are coming as this section grows.
